No! One account is enough. Our goal number one is for you to enjoy music, so with the same account, you have access to every instrument offered. For the moment only violin and viola are available but more are to come, stay tuned!

How to check that my sound settings are ok?

The sound settings have two parts: Loudspeakers and microphone.

Lets start with the loudspeakers:

  1. If you are using external loudspeakers check that the Bluetooth or cable connection is working
  2. If you are using the loudspeakers in your phone/tablet, just proceed to the next step
  3. Open top-right menu and go to “my settings”. Click on “Test loudspeakers”.
  4. Click on one of the play buttons to hear a sample sound.
  5. If you can hear the sound properly, everything is fine
  6. If the system stays silent, check the connections and try again

Then check the microphone:

  1. Open top-right menu and go to “my settings”. Click on “Test microphone”.
  2. Pick up your instrument and play a few notes with normal volume
  3. If your mic doesn’t pick up your sound, come closer to your phone/tablet and try again
  4. If the microphone volume is too high, go further from your device

Do I need an iPad or an Android tablet to use Tadadaa?

No you don’t need to! A smartphone will perfectly do, and so will a Windows PC.

We designed the app to function as well on smartphone screens as on tablets. Then of course if you like comfort and would like to play on a bigger screen, feel free to do so!

I would like to use Tadadaa on my computer, is it possible?

Yes, on Windows: see Bow Quest for Windows. The Windows version uses the same account as the mobile app. A macOS version is planned.

How much does Bow Quest cost?

Installing the app is free, and so is playing it at the moment. Teachers get free access, and music schools can get a licence for all their teachers and students. Write to info@tadadaa.com if you have questions about pricing.

How do I delete my account?

Write to info@tadadaa.com from the email address of the account, or use the account removal form inside the app, and we remove the account and its data.
